FONT SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This Font Software End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal contract between You (the “Licensee”) and [Sanaullah Mangnejo Sarem] shortened to [Sarem Fonts]  (the “Licensor”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Font Software, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Font Software.

1. DESKTOP LICENSE (TTF/OTF)

Grant of License

I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font Software for Personal or Internal Business Use only. This is a license to use, not a sale of ownership. I retain all rights, titles, and interest in the Font Software.

Installation and “Use”

  • Unit Limit: You may install the font on one (1) computer at one specific geographic location.

  • Definition of Use: “Use” occurs when you give commands (via keyboard or otherwise) followed by the Font Software.

  • Backups: You may make one (1) copy of the Font Software for archival/backup purposes only.

Permitted Embedding

  • Static Images: You may use the font in static graphic images (e.g., .jpg, .png, .gif).

  • PDFs: You may embed the font in PDF documents provided they are set to “Print and View” only (non-editable) and are for internal/personal use.

Restrictions (What You CANNOT Do)

  • No Redistribution: You may not rent, lease, sublicense, or lend the Font Software.

  • No Modifications: You may not alter the font’s vector outlines, rename the font, or convert it into different formats (e.g., converting a desktop font to a webfont).

  • No Derivative Works: You may not create “Derivative Works” (new fonts based on my designs).

  • No Commercial Products for Resale: You may not use the font in “Commercial Products” (e.g., e-books for sale, apps, or templates) without a separate license upgrade.

Special Usage (Requires License Upgrade)

The following uses are strictly prohibited under this standard license and require a separate agreement:

  • Broadcast/Film: Titling or credits for TV or cinema.

  • App/Game Embedding: Including the font in mobile apps or software.

  • Alphabet Products: Creating stamps, stickers, or stencils for resale.

  • Large Scale Printing: Use in works printed in amounts greater than 500,000 impressions.

2. WEBFONT LICENSE (WOFF/WOFF2)

Grant of License

I grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the Webfont on websites you own or control using the @font-face selector in CSS.

Requirements

  • Traffic Limit: This license is valid for up to 10,000 pageviews per month. If your traffic exceeds this, you must purchase a license upgrade.

  • Formatting: You must use the provided WOFF/WOFF2 files. You may not link to the Desktop (TTF/OTF) versions on your server.

  • Header Preservation: You must keep all copyright comments in the provided CSS file intact.

3. LOGOS AND CREATIVE WORK

  • Logos: You may use the font to create a logo. You may modify the outlines of the letters within a design program (like Adobe Illustrator) for the logo design, provided the modified letters are not used to create a new font.

  • Digital Art: You may create digital art for resale, provided the art consists of static images and does not include the font file itself.

4. WARRANTY AND TERMINATION

No Warranty

The Font Software is provided “AS IS.” I do not warrant that the software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. I am not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or incidental damages arising from the use of the font.

Termination

This agreement terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the font and destroy all copies in your possession.
